Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive — the Latin programme of international DanceSport, taught from real technique up.

Cha Cha is cheeky and precise, all quick feet and sharp little accents. Samba brings the bounce of Rio carnival. Rumba is slow, sensual and famously the hardest dance to fake. Paso Doble borrows its drama from the Spanish bullring, and Jive, the youngest of the family, still carries the joy of American swing halls. Together they form the Latin programme of international DanceSport.
Behind the glamour sits real technique, and that is where we start. Posture, footwork, hip action, the rhythm of each dance and, above all, partnership: how to lead without pushing, how to follow without guessing, how to stay connected when the music speeds up. It is demanding in the best way, and the results show fast. A few months in, members notice they stand, walk and even sit differently.
Latin Beginner welcomes people who have never taken a dance step in their lives. Latin Advanced is for dancers with a solid base who want to polish choreography, expression and the details that turn good dancing into dancing people stop to watch.
