These terms govern the use of services provided by ROOM NO 203 DANCE STUDIO L.L.C, Building 8, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE.

Bookings and payments

Class prices are listed on the Prices page in AED. Packages are personal, valid as stated at purchase, and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

Private sessions cancelled on the day of the appointment are counted as used. Missed group classes can be made up within the same period in another group of the same level, when space allows.

Memberships

Memberships can be frozen once for up to 14 days for travel or illness, with notice before your next class. Refunds for unused packages are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Conduct

Ballroom dancing involves physical contact between partners in a respectful, professional setting. The club reserves the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour.
